The reason for this is that sulfas drugs are not effective for treating allergens. Where Can Eye Drops be Dropped? In person, eye drops are usually delivered with an eyedropper or eyedrope. These devices are usually located between your eyelids and your upper eyelid for maximum effectiveness. However, you can also drop the drops using other methods, such as a dropper or a syringe.
